Job Description
Administrative Assistant – Contract – Maternity Leave -18mos –
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Office Administrator for an 18-month contract to cover Maternity Leave. This is a full time vacancy where the potential for permanent employment could be possible.
Duties Include:
- Greeting customers
- Answering all inbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Setting appointments
- Taking and filling orders
- Invoicing
- Processing payments
- Managing inventory
- Basic administrative duties as assigned
Qualified? You have:
- Customer Service Experience (2+yrs preferred)
- Reception/Office Management experience
- Good MS Office Suite skills
- Excellent communications skills (Written and Oral)
- Good Telephone Manner
- Time Management Skills
Shifts: Full Time – Days – Monday to Friday
Wage: $15.75 (to start)
