Ducts Plus Inc. is a fast-paced and growing company. We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, positive, organized, and professional person to join our team. The bulk of our business is HVAC/Plumbing for new home installs and metal fabrication.
Hours:
- Full time, 8:00am-4:30pm (40-44 hours per week)
Job Description
- Responsible for assisting Administrator with various tasks, as well as be responsible for database management.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Administrator with various tasks
- Labour Reports (upkeep labour reports database, file in Estimates plus closeout)
- ICP registrations (registrations, upkeep ICP database)
- Accept some deliveries from suppliers at Unit 4
- Upkeep homeowners database, call for home owners to market inspections
- Call for tool repairs and upkeep equipment and tools database (Hilti and Milwaukee)
- Filling out Work Orders from receiving homeowner calls
- Electronic and paper filing
- Taking credit card payments
- Adding packing slips to supplier invoices, sort to monthly statements Labour warranty database.
- Work efficiently and effectively completing various tasks
- Be punctual and reliable
- Work independently and to work with the team
- Basic math skills, good work ethic, and to deliver high client/customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience and/or administrative education
- Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Quickbooks experience would be an asset
- Health and Safety experience would be an asset
- Communication experience with government agencies would be an asset.
