Job Gym is currently assisting one of our local Trucking Companies in recruiting for an Administrator/Data Entry position. This position is starting with flexible part time hours with an opportunity to lead into a full-time permanent position. The employer is offering a competitive compensation that will be negotiated based on skills, experience and performance. Our local trucking company specializes and is experienced in trucking driving and academic training for DZ and AZ drivers. This role will involve printing of certificates, may answer phone, possible scheduling and data entry. Must maintain a safe and healthy workspace.
The ideal candidate will have an interest and enjoy this line of work, with a natural strong attention for detail. Candidates with Excel spreadsheet experience is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Part-time to start, leading into possible full-time permanent hours
- Must have driver’s license to get back and forth to work, location is in Stevensville, Ontario
- Must work on-site with all necessary precautions regarding COVID 19, following Federal and Public Health Guidelines
- Computer with data entry and excel spreadsheet experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional phone manner
- Positive attitude and able to accept feedback
