Job Description
Store Managers/ Assistant Store Managers are accountable for ensuring their Team Members give excellent guest service while working along side them. They will be expected to monitor the financial performance and growth of the store.
Typical responsibilities of the job include: recruiting, training, delegating responsibilities and following up with each of those tasks, supervising and appraising team members with both constructive and positive feedback, effectively managing food/ paper and labour costs, maintaining statistical and financial records, ensuring proper communication of standards is being made and followed up with, ensuring your store is clean and organized with all food safety standards being taken into account.
A Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager should make sure they are up to date on all of the new policies and that their knowledge on health and safety items is up to date and continually growing. It is important that you have the ability to constantly find new challenges for yourself so you can grow both in the company and personally in order to be a better leader for your team.
