Job Description

We are currently looking for an Assistant Resident Manager couple.  This is a full-time, live-in position.  Along with a competitive salary and benefits you receive a 2 bedroom apartment as part of the compensation package.

This entry level position will provide you with the experience and training you will need to further your career in the property management field.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, cleaning of common areas (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, doors etc), month end cleaning of turnover apartments, general maintenance and minor repairs, administration, on-call duties.
