Apprenticeship Automotive Technician Apprentice or Licensed (1 Position)
Job Description
Currently we are seeking a full-time career Ontario Licensed Automotive Service Mechanic (Technician) or an apprentice, who is available to work daily Monday through Friday.
Duties:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner repair, wheel alignments, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records.
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- you will have a valid 310S license, a driver’s license with a clean driving record, three or more years experience as a mechanic, and a high school diploma or GED
