This vacancy is perfect for a candidate who is client service minded and thrives in an independent work environment.
Job Overview:
- Receiving inbound calls (approx. 15-20/day)
- Working with the customers to ensure the highest quality of standards are met
- Assessing client needs and provide solutions
- Documenting all calls/customer interactions
- Responding professionally to difficult customer issues or inquiries
Qualifications:
- The ability to speak and write fluently in both English and French (French Canadian)
- Minimum 1-2 years retail/customer service/call centre experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent *an asset
- Strong computer/typing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Internet and email communications required
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
