Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Rep (1 Position)

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to work 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Duties:

  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Receive payments
  • Receive and log complaints
  • Investigate complaints; access and process information
  • Maintain records and statistics
  • Perform general office duties
  • Fast paced environment: able to work under pressure; repetitive tasks; attention to detail
  • Other information
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
  • Investigate, resolve and respond to customer concerns.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Process orders for parts.
  • Maintain customer relations

Requirements:

  • Languages – Bilingual – English and French

Education

  • Completion of high school; Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training,

Experience of 1 year to less than 2

Skills

  • Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/, Internet browsers, business equipment, computer applications
  • Essential Skills: reading text; document use; numeracy; written and verbal communication; working with others; problem solving; decision making; critical thinking; job task planning and organizing; significant use of memory; finding information; computer use; continuous learning

Wage:

$38,000 – $40,000. Yearly
