Full-Time Bookkeeper / Administration / Payroll Clerk

In this position, you will support the CEO by performing financial, administrative and IT support services. Your primary focus is on bookkeeping and processing payroll for approximately 45 individuals and. You also provide ad hoc executive support to the CEO and monitor and trouble shoot IT systems.
Your post-secondary education in office administration is supplemented with specific knowledge of automated payroll systems, accounting programs and MS Office. Ideally, you have working knowledge of Ceridian payroll and Sage accounting. With three years relevant experience, you maintain current knowledge of payroll, tax and employment laws and regulations. Service focused, you demonstrate solid communication, time management and data entry skills and the ability to organize, plan and prioritize work activities.
Compensation for this position includes an hourly rate of $24.28 to $28.56 based on a 37.5 hour work week and comprehensive employer-paid benefits.
