Full-Time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Job Description
Fulltime, weekday Bookkeeping and Office admin position in Niagara Falls for $20 to $23/hr.
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Office Assistant for a welding shop located in Niagara Falls. The candidate will be doing basic bookkeeping and assisting with various office tasks.
Job Duties
- various basic bookkeeping duties
- assisting with payroll, A/R, A/P etc, as required
- Assisting office staff with various office duties like answering phones, data entry, filing, faxing and similar tasks
- other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Administration and Data Entry experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- education in bookkeeping or accounting an asset
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- e-mail skills, professionalism, organizational skills
- office experience in an industrial or construction setting
- must be double vaccinated
Hours: 8am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays
