Full-Time Calling Agents (7 Positions)
Job Description
Citizens of Heaven Ministries is currently recruiting 7 Calling Agents, for their God-Fearing Jesus focused technological wing. Those who show a strong faith in The Lord Jesus; and have an interest in the field of technology are the ideal candidates for this position. Calling Agents will receive 25% of all successful calls assigned by their calling agent’s ID.
Position Objective:
Calling Agents will be responsible for making outgoing calls to regional residential and commercial areas at appointed time slots from their home based offices using a scripted conversation. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Discovering client and customer needs towards business resolve
- Delivering basic knowledge on escalating resolve for issues, (calling agents will not attempt any troubleshooting but will gather all issues and contact information for networking causes)
- Providing all customers and clients with adequate information regarding pricing and billing estimates
- Completing effective notation on all calls with accurate detailing
- Ending all calls with an option to bless all customers and Clientele with a Jesus based God fearing closure to all conversations
- Daily research on both biblical and practical applied tasks will be implemented for business excellence and ministry employ
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Scripture and friendly mature spiritual awareness to Jesus and His words
- Teachable spirit with friendly and cooperative mannerisms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Grade 12 diploma is an asset, but not mandatory
- Must attend leadership and team meetings for biblical instructions and spiritual wisdom, with field discussions on appointed areas of employ (Prep meetings will not exceed one hour per week)
- Working telephone or cell phone and data plan
- King James Bible and working laptop for team meetings and employment tracking
- A reasonable knowledge of computer systems and windows based operating systems is an asset, but not mandatory as all training will be provided
