Office Position:
Cashier / Scale Operator

Job Description:

  • Operate main scale computer
  • Customer service
    o pleasant demeanor
    o weighing vehicles in & out on scale
    o operate computerized scale software program
    o handling cash, paying customers, trustworthy, must perform daily cash balance
  • Tracking material and loads via Excel Microsoft
  • Multitask – phone, two way radio, intercom, email, employees and multiple customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy essential

Hours

  • Thursday-Friday 7:am – 3:45pm
  • Saturdays 7:00am – 11:45am
  • Long weekends closed Saturday and Monday
  • Vacation coverage – Monday – Sat. 3 weeks/ year
  • May transition to full time in 1-2 years
