Responsibilities
- Attending team meetings
- Driving commercial vehicles
- Providing customer service to residential and commercial clients
- Answering incoming calls
- Cleaning (textiles, carpets, upholstery, tile and grout, natural stone, VCT flooring, oriental area rugs, and area carpets)
- Dying rugs
- Repairing carpets
- Re-installing carpets
- Reviewing scope of work before and after with clients
- Educating clients & up-selling products and services
Skills for Success
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational/time management skills
- Technical aptitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid G Driver’s License with clean driving record
Salary
- $17.00/hour to start (increases after probationary period and merit)
Schedule
- Full-time – Permanent – Day shifts (some Saturdays)
