Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting a CNC Operator for a manufacturing client company located in Port Colborne, Ontario.

Job duties include:

• Operate machines (primarily horizontal boring mill), complete inspections, complete dimensional reports, perform preventative maintenance, supervise and direct apprentices, read and interpret blueprints and drawings, some manual machine operation
• Utilizing a variety of tools including: mills, lathes, grinders, sanders, drill presses, computerized engraving machines, and riveting machines.
• Job responsibilities require a clear understanding and comprehension of blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
• G code programming, 3 axis

Mon – Fri, start ASAP, day shift

Salary: $27.00 to $30.00 /hour
