Job Gym is currently assisting The North End Diner to fill a Part Time Cook position, 9am to 1pm. This opportunity is a year round hiring immediately. Want to be part of serving the best breakfast in Fort Erie for over 25 years and counting? Whatever your appetite is we’ve got you covered! If it’s an early or late breakfast no problem! Maybe you’re really hungry and want to fill up on our famous North End Boss burger for lunch. Whatever you are craving we’ll serve it the way you like!
Employee and customer safety is the company’s top priority so safe distancing and sanitizing procedures are in place. Most importantly we follow the healthy and safety guidelines of COVID 19. This role will involves working days and weekends.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking with a strong work ethic
Trained in Food Safety or willing to obtain training
No EXPERIENCE necessary, will train
Hours are flexible and the starting wage is $15.00 per hour, however is also negotiable
Additional Requirements:
- Cook duties
- Assist with ordering and inventory management of food products
- Operate grills, fryers and griddles in a safe manner
- Cook breakfast foods such as eggs, bacon and pancakes
- Follow menu items and cook items according to customer specification
- Provide excellent customer service
- Physically fit to perform duties
- Positive attitude, able to accept feedback and willingness to learn
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow Health & Safety Covid Guidelines
