We are looking for a Crew Lead/Foreman for our construction and service technician team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction to a small to medium sized crew. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in pool installation and construction and who are experienced in pool assembly, grading, concrete finishing, liner installations and all related construction tasks.
Candidates will able to take leadership and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be professional, dedicated and hardworking as they will be on our customers properties. Must be well spoken and comfortable dealing with customers.
Wages based on level of experience in the field, will be discussed during interview. Must have valid driver’s license and willing to work long hours.
This is a seasonal position, however fulltime hours are expected throughout summer months.
