Full-Time Crew Member (1 Position)
Job Description
If you enjoy working outdoors and creating customer satisfaction, this job is for you. As a part of our Earthcare Landscape Crew, you will be providing a valuable service to homeowners and businesses every day. You will be cutting, trimming, and removing clippings from customer’s lawns while working closely with the customer to meet and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Cutting the lawn to the desired height of 3 inches, trimming the edges, and bagging clippings when necessary.
- Safe and professional driving of company vehicle to customer locations
- Answering and resolving basic customer questions and/or concerns
- Complete required paper work in professional and organized manner
Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age (insurance requirements)
- Posses a valid G driver’s license with few infractions on your abstract
- Posses excellent customer service and a positive attitude
- Ability to life up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Willingness and interest in working outdoors in all weather conditions
