We are in need of a highly motivated, talented and detail-oriented Call Centre Ambassador to join our growing team. Proven career growth opportunities.

Details

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will:

• provide guidance and support to customers
• use the Kanetixtransaction database to locate and transfer the client’s quotation(s) to the chosen insurance supplier
• provide clients with a ‘warm transfer’ to insurance carriers or intermediaries
• document each customer contact and update the Kanetixcustomer management system
• work collaboratively with the insurance carriers to satisfy the client’s needs

Our next ideal team member will:

• Have previous call-centre or customer service experience
• Have an interest in the insurance industry
• Be comfortable with technology and constant change
• Be comfortable and proficient with PC tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word,…) and the Internet
• Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English
