|We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to working in a fast-paced environment and is reliable. Must know how to use Google Maps and Microsoft products, and Shifts are flexible. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and a positive attitude are necessary. We do not touch flowers or plants, this is a computer and phone based position. We are open seven days a week, and holidays, holiday shifts are a must with longer than usual hours. |We are looking for the right person to join our team in our Niagara Falls office. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including pricing inquiries, product recommendations, order status, listening to understand the customer’s concern, logistics, understanding the customer’s issues, mail correspondence to existing customers, taking orders via phone, editing orders in our orders management system. Attention to detail is essential, as well as multitasking. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Salary will be based to experience and knowledge. *French is an asset however not mandatory.
|We are open 7 days a week (days 8:00 am -6:00 pm, weekends, 9:00 am -4:00 pm), and holidays are a must with longer than usual hours.
