Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Dining Room Server. The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of wine and appreciate good food and wine. The candidate must be available to work Wednesday through Sundays from 11am to 5 pm. Smart Serve certification is considered an asset.

 

The position includes the following duties and responsibilities;

  • Greeting Guests
  • Answering the phone and taking Wine Boutique and Dining Room reservations
  • Serving food and wine
  • Cashing out guests
  • Assisting kitchen with limited food preparation
  • Ensuring the dining room is clean, organized and ready for service
  • Assisting with wine tastings, sale & stocking selves in the Boutique on an as-needed basis
  • Other duties as required
