Job Description

Job Summary:

The work nature of this position is cleaning, washing plates, preparing food materials and implementing the maintenance of dishwashing machine and/or food handling equipment.

Shift Time

  • Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
  • 5 days or 6 days a week

Job Duties

  • Maintain plate ware and utensils are clean and sanitized by using dish washing machine
  • Execute the cleaning duty of work sections
  • Perform all closing and cleaning tasks as instructed
  • Prepare food materials such as raw meat and food garnishments when it`s needed
  • Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
  • Help maintaining the tools and equipment used in the workplace

Qualifications

  • Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
  • Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
