Open Positions:
Driver & Install Tech
The driver/ tech is primarily responsible for ensuring timely, efficient delivery, set up and tear down supplies. This position coordinates and participates in loading, unloading, driving, delivery, and setting up and tear down Airbounce party rental supplies. This position will the first point of contact for customers at the venue locations for any questions they have regarding the party supplies.
- Drive trucks/trailers and vans to and from projects throughout Southern Ontario
- Load and unload vehicles at our warehouse and at the event sites using proper lift equipment (dollies, carts, etc.)
- Complete safety checks on the vehicles before use
- Check for accuracy on the orders you are delivering or picking up in correspondence to the invoices.
- Actively and effectively communicate with management on any issues that might arise when on the event site.
- Ensure safe handling of products to prevent damage and wear, making sure product is secured once loaded in vehicle.
- Deliver products to customers in a timely manner and set up the items according to Airbounce quality standards.
- Lead on site crew to provide efficient and satisfactory service to our customers.
- Work with your on-site crew to break down and set up product at event sites.
- Ensure equipment is setup accurately, and according to company standards.
- Properly and safely operate vehicles whenever behind the wheel. (Will have to frequently back into docks, driveways, alleys, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Install Technician
Install Technicians perform a variety of event rental duties including loading and unloading, setup and tear down, quality inspections and customer service. This position will provide excellent customer service and product expert for any questions that come up at the venue locations.
- Load and unload of vehicles at our warehouse and at the event sites using proper lift equipment (dollies, carts, etc.)
- Ride with the driver as the helper for their route to assist with deliveries.
- Load orders correctly and accurately in correspondence with equipment order lists for invoices.
- Check for accuracy on the orders you are delivering or picking up in correspondence to the invoices.
- Ensure safe handling of products to prevent damage and wear, making sure product is secured once loaded in vehicle.
- Work with your on-site crew as a team to break down and set up product at event sites.
- Ensure equipment is setup accurately, and according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Occasionally, stay at events and run the equipment for clients.
Cleaner
The Cleaner is responsible to assess, clean, sanitize and ensure the party rental equipment is ready for the next event. This includes setting power wash, sanitization and quality assurance checks.
- Inspect equipment and determine if a basic or deep clean is needed.
- Wash, sanitize and remove and substance that may be left on the equipment.
- Ensure all marks, stains, fingerprints, etc have been scrubbed clean.
- Ensure equipment is properly dried and ready for storage.
- Report any damaged equipment to management for repair.
Shipping & Receiving Associate
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for preparing the orders, assessing each product to ensure it meets quality standards, loading the items and applicable materials into the delivery truck. This role will also receive all the items once they have been returned to the warehouse, and move the items through quality assurance before storing.
- Clean, organize and prep inventory and equipment prior to loading.
- Load and unload products/rentals (Tables, Tents, Chairs, Bounce House Rentals Etc.) at our warehouse into delivery vans/trucks.
- Assist in coordination with Warehouse Supervisor for material lists needed for each job site.
- Inspect and sort products returned to the warehouse for cleanliness, functionality or repair.
- Manage the reception, handling, and storage of all supplies that come in and out of warehouse.
- Ensure trucks are loaded and ready for delivery in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Inspect and monitor party rental items as before they are loaded for delivery and when they return to the warehouse.
Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. This position will implement productivity, quality and customer service standards and support the team to ensure quality delivery of service. This role will oversee the daily operations at the warehouse, oversee the preparation of deliveries and ensure smooth operations throughout the team.
- Coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse and logistical operations of the business.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse is maintained at all times for efficiency and safety.
- Interact with customers when organizing deliveries, returns, or managing pick-ups.
- Optimize employee workflow
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.
- Review schedules to ensure timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
- Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
- Supervises packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.
- Completes packaging, receiving, and shipping tasks as needed.
- Escalates issues to management and recommends potential solutions.
- Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
- Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
- Great customer service skills
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Can follow and keep to a set delivery schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and friendly interpersonal skills
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
