Full-Time Driver / Mover
Job Description
The Furniture Gallery is hiring a Full Time Driver/Mover.
Pay: $19/hr (movement to $20/hr after 3-month probation)
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Duties
- Safely and professionally deliver furniture to customers.
- Operate a Cube Van safely through urban, rural, and residential areas in a variety of weather situations.
- Interact with customers, co-workers, and management in a professional manner.
- Lift large and heavy furniture repeatedly through a workday with any product and property damage.
- Assemble display furniture and equipment when required.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50-70 pounds throughout the workday in the warehouse and in deliver to customers.
- G-Level Drivers License with a clean driver abstract.
- Professional communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and can provide extra care in the transportation of new products.
