Full-Time Front Office Coordinator and Recruiter

We are currently hiring a new Front Office Coordinator and Recruiter. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, incentives, and benefits for the right candidate. As the first point of contact, and first impression of the office, FOC is responsible for several administrative tasks and overall office operations. This role offers a dynamic mix of reception type duties, outbound calling and recruiting and client service. Do you have a flair for administration and enjoy working with people? Duties Include:
- Scheduling and booking interviews of applicants, prescreening, and recruiting
- Administering all documentation and skills testing of applicants
- Completing weekly payroll for associates
- Creating job postings and reviewing applications
- Handling incoming inquiries from clients, applicants, and associates via phone, in person and email
- Implement marketing campaigns with our Sales team members
- Outreach to prospective client companies to generate new business
- Clerical duties as assigned
- Completing around 25 – 35 outbound calls daily to job seekers
- Applicant Screening (incoming resumes, social media applications, online applications)
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with potential applicants
- Creating job postings and attractive social media campaigns – managing website content
- Creatively sourcing job seekers for a variety of job vacancies; including skilled trades, office administration, light industrial, professional, and agriculture.
- Handling incoming inquiries from clients, applicants, and associates via phone, in person and email
- Weekly payroll administration, data entry and timecard collection
- Social media planning
Qualified? You have:
- A minimum 2-4 years’ experience working in an office environment (front of office an asset)
- Experience and interest in recruiting candidates in a variety of skills
- Strong data entry, mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in payroll administration (an asset)
- Strong Organization skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work well in a small team setting
- Experience with Social Media platforms
Compensation: Base Salary + Incentives + Benefits (after probation)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
