Job Description

We are looking for general contractor (s) to complete maintenance jobs at various properties within the Niagara Region.

Requirements

• Vehicle (preferable truck or van)
• Own tools
• Maintenance knowledge
• Ability to purchase supply and materials when needed

Duties

• Complete quotes for various maintenance jobs
• Submit invoices for labour and supplies
• Take pictures of completed work submitted with invoices
• Complete inspections of the property
• Submit reports via email

Overview

As a contractor you would be assigned work orders for all types of maintenance jobs within the Niagara Region. Work orders are emailed and sent by text message. Contractors are paid twice per month.
