Job Description
A great opportunity exists for full-time GENERAL LABOURER PLANT. Working in a team environment all job duties support the recycling of batteries, processing of waste including hazardous waste, preparing/packaging of material for shipment, loading of material and housekeeping
Requirements
- Ensure safety is a priority
- Excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and management
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally
- Willingness to take and follow instructions
- Ability to wear protective equipment including a respirator and protective tyvek coveralls
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift for extended periods of time
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors in industrial setting – hot, noisy, dusty work area
- Steady shift work required
- Ability to lift 50 kg
Qualifications and Experience
- One (1) year related work experience in a industrial setting
- Forklift Certificate (preferred)
