Full-Time General Labourer
Job Description
The Machine Operator role consists of light assembly and packaging of plastic components. No production experience is necessary. In addition to the start rate, a $2.00 per hour premium will be paid for each hour worked on designated machines. Training will be provided, as a higher skill level will be required.
Full training provided. No experience needed. Training available in multiple languages. Fluency in French is not required. Full-time, permanent position.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Night shift runs from Sunday night to Friday morning). 3 shift rotation. 2 weeks on each shift

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure machines are running correctly and quality parts are being produced
- Read and comply with the Quality Plan ensuring proper assembly, trimming, packaging and taping of products
- Inform proper personnel of any problems with machines, equipment or products
- Operate equipment in compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations
- Complete daily paperwork and Operator Quality Reports
- Follow proper housekeeping and sanitation procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Wage: $17.75-$19.75 per hour
