With an established 50,000 sq ft facility and cutting-edge equipment, we have grown steadily through hard work and a commitment to quality.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a General Labourer in our Production Department. This is a full-time fixed-term (6) six-month contract position within a stable and growing organization. Possibility to extend contract on or before term end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
- Assist and complete duties in screen printing, embroidering, heat press operating, and other departments as needed.
- Assembling product into boxes and cases, picking and packaging, wrapping boxes/cases, and folding apparel.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
- Clean up work area from hazardous or obsolete material and keep work area organized.
- Follow all company health and safety policies including use of protective equipment.
- Other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in warehouse environment (preferred).
- Strong work ethic; reliable and excellent attendance.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task with very strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be comfortable & able to lift 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and manually operate large machinery.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating 8-hour shifts (days/afternoons).
- Must have reliable transportation.
