Job Description
Position: General Labourer (1-2 Positions available starting May 1st w/ paid training in April)
Description: Pool Busters, a leading pool maintenance company in Fonthill, ON, is hiring General Laborers for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, hardworking, and eager to learn. Candidates will assist our Service Technicians with various tasks related to pool maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Service Technicians with liner replacement, equipment installation, and pool openings
• Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning and maintenance of work areas
• Follow instructions from senior technicians and supervisors
• Work efficiently to complete assigned duties in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Requirements:
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work part-time or full-time
• Must be able to start in late April/early May
Salary: Starting at $17-$20 per hour based on experience and abilities, with paid training provided
