Full-Time General Labourers and Machine Operators
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a well-known company located in Smithville who is looking for general labourers! These are great entry-level general labourer positions, with the opportunity of room for advancement.

Responsibilities
- Maneuvering large rolls of paper to line up with the machine
- Feeding rolls through the machine
- Inputting size measurements for desired cut sizes
- Packaging items and lifting boxes
- Moving products into plastic sleeves
- Completing quality control checks and inspecting products
- General labour duties, as assigned
Skills for Success
- Reliable transportation to Smithville
- Mechanical experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs
- Self-management skills
- Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Simple math and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Continental shifts (7:00pm–7:00am and 7:00am – 7:00pm)
- 48 hours one week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
- 36 hours following week (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- PERK* 4 hours of overtime every other week
Wages
- $17.00 /hour
