Job Description

Ken’s Salvage is looking for an experienced Grader/Labourer to add to our team. This position requires safe and efficient work habits, a working knowledge of both ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials, as well as effective customer service skills.

Other requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in scrap metal recycling
• Grading incoming material correctly
• Able to work outside year round
• Must work safely independently and with others
• Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Able to work around heavy machinery
• Operate tow motor/skid steer (training provided)

 

Weekly Hours

• Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Saturday – 8am -12:30pm (optional)

Wage based on experience

***Benefits added after 3 month probation period
