Part-Time Guest Services Agent (3 Positions)
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity.
- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
- Refer calls to the appropriate person/department as necessary.
- Accurately enter guest reservations into system.
- Provide guests with detailed information about all areas of the Resort in a polite and professional manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a police and professional manner and refer to Front Office Manager as required.
- Meet special needs as indicated by the guest.
- Perform accounting duties related to credit card authorizations for reservations and daily cash reports as required.
- Perform sales functions, process expectancy reports, in-house daily lists, group rooming lists and occupancy reports.
- Process Spa bookings and packages as required.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Americana’s products and services.
- Actively seek ways to meet guests’ needs.
- All other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager and/or their designate.
