Housekeeper
St. Charles Village
As a part-time housekeeper (minimum 25 hours bi-weekly) you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing resident suites and common areas.
Your duties will include, but is not limited too;
• Washing floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Picking up garbage and recycle
• Washing windows
• Maintaining main floor areas
• Preparing housekeeping cart for next shift
• Working with cleaning chemicals
• Other duties as assigned
Must be able to:
• Stand for long periods of time including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Wear surgical mask for the duration all your scheduled shifts
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Ability to follow instructions following close attention to detail on how to use cleaning supplies properly and how to clean properly
• Get Police Clearance for Vulnerable Sector and 2 step TB Test
• Prefer at least 1 year of experience but willing to train the right candidate
• Must have at least two Covid-19 vaccines and be willing to get a third within 30 days of hire
