Client Relations Specialist
Position Summary
The Client Relations Specialist is the first point of contact for all incoming customer and retailer inquiries; by phone and email. This position will support the Sales, Marketing and Warehouse teams and will be responsible for customer support, sales, inputting orders and office administration. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for people and proactive communication, previous experience in the pet food industry, and an understanding of the value of compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Manage the input and initial processing of all orders in the system.
- Onboard new retail partners and assist with the order process.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to retail store leads through warm calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Support external Sales Team as needed.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Assist in projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Office administration tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by your Manager.
Education Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
Competencies
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant customer service and sales experience with a proven track record required.
- Experience in business development required.
- Certificate, diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, data processing or related field, an asset.
- HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress and Fishbowl experience considered an asset.
- Marketing experience considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the pet food industry an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
DELIVERY DRIVER
Position Summary
As a Delivery Driver you act as the front line in representing the Iron Will Raw brand and image. You will complete deliveries in a prompt, precise and professional manner, while always maintaining an adaptable and friendly demeanour. You will be responsible for unloading 20lb boxes to both residential and retail locations. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities
- Professional and timely delivery of orders to retailers and customers.
- Monitoring temperature of product being transported as required.
- Unloading orders from delivery vehicle into retails stores and residences in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Ensuring all related transportation documentation is completed and submitted daily.
- Picking up raw materials and other such supplies as required.
- Transporting material to and from the production facility and cold storage as required.
- Completing daily checks on transport vehicle and reporting any abnormalities or maintenance needs to appropriate team members.
- Safe operation of all vehicles.
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager/supervisor.

Competencies
- Strict attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of previous heavy vehicle (4,501 kg. to 11,000 kg.) driving experience with the ability to provide driving history & previous employment/insurance letter required.
- Must provide a clean commercial vehicle driver’s abstract (CVDR).
- You are at least 25 years old.
- A G class license holder.
WAREHOUSE & DELIVERY DRIVER ASSOCIATE
Position Summary
As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate you act as the front line in representing the Iron Will Raw brand and image. You will complete deliveries in a prompt, precise and professional manner, while always maintaining an adaptable and friendly demeanour. You will be responsible for unloading 20lb boxes to both residential and retail locations. When not driving, you will be responsible for all raw material and finished goods handling, counting, and sorting in the warehouse. You will also be responsible for shipping and receiving. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities
- Professional and timely delivery of orders to retailers and customers.
- Monitoring temperature of product being transported as required.
- Unloading orders from delivery vehicle into retails stores and residences in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
- Ensuring all related transportation documentation is completed and submitted daily.

- Accurate packing and preparation of customers’ orders.
- Other tasks as assigned by your manager/supervisor.
