Job Title: Industrial Manufacturing General Labour
Location: Welland, Ontario
Pay Rate: $16.50/per hour
Terms of Employment: Full Time Week by Week Rotating Shifts 7:00a.m.-4:00p.m. & 4:00p.m. -1:00a.m.
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Public transportation
is NOT Available
Requirements: Steel Toe Shoes, must be able to wear a respirator mask and be clean-shaven.
Attire: Long Sleeve T-Shirt and Pants, No shorts or short sleeve shirts allowed.
Please note this is a full-time position and only those who can work full-time hours Monday-
Friday will be considered.
Job Description:
Working in a warehouse as a rubber processing machine operator helping perform some or all of
the following duties:
• Set up, operate and tend machinery used for mixing, calendaring, extruding, molding and
curing rubber materials or rubber products
• Load or feed rubber, pigments, filler, oil, and chemicals into machines
• Check and monitor processing conditions and product quality
• Adjust machines to the proper setting as required
• Train or assist in training new workers
• Cut rubber products to the desired weight as needed by the client
• Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality
standards, visually or using instruments.
• Production Line.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot and dusty work environment.
• General housekeeping both inside and outside of the production facility as needed; work and
storage areas must be kept clean at all times.
Note: This position has the potential to be a long-term opportunity with a strong possibility of
becoming a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience in a factory/production
environment, be able to work 12-hour shifts, and have their own reliable transportation.
