One of St. Catharines largest indoor/outdoor building supply dealers is excited to expand their highly tenured team. Their unique indoor and outdoor facility showcases a variety of building and landscaping supplies including brick, drywall, cultured stone, and masonry supplies. We are looking for an individual with a passion and knowledge for the construction industry for an Inside Sales and Customer Service position.

Advantages

• Full time, permanent position Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm; occasional Saturdays
• Central St. Catharines location
• Competitive wage of $18/hr and a raise after 3 months if hired on

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting homeowners and contractors, and skilled trades in the retail environment
• Determining customer needs for required materials for various construction projects via phone, email or in person
• Process orders in a timely fashion to meet customer expectations
• Maintain inventory levels
• Processing cash transactions

Skills for Success

• Familiarity with various construction materials is an asset
• Self-starter
• Ability to work as a team and individually
• Personable and approachable demeanor
• Previous customer service and retail sales experience is an asset
• Familiarity with home renovation projects

Schedule
