Xandscapes is a fast growing landscaping company based in Niagara looking for experienced Labourers to prepare for the busy spring season. We are looking for hard working, passionate individuals who are looking to grow in a fun professional environment.

We specialize in residential and commercial properties. We provide yearly service of property maintenance, turf cutting, weed-pulling, tree and shrub pruning, regrade and sod installations, snow removal, fences and decks.

Job Requirements

• The ability to listen and execute instructions
• Operating hand tools and maintenance equipment; hedge trimmer, weed whacker, lawn mower, zero turn, leaf blower, snow blower, hand shovelling etc.
• Must be physically fit and have the ability to withstand repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting etc)
• Must have your own transportation to shop
• Driver’s license preferred but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steer, mini-excavator is an asset
• Must have an eye for detail and be able to work cooperatively with others in a fast pace environment
• Good communication and punctuality is a must

Position Details

• Full time permanent
• 8 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Salary/Wage: $17-$25 per hour depending on experience
