Full-Time Line Cook (1 Position)
Job Description
Job Gym is currently assisting Bridgewater Golf & Country Club in Fort Erie to recruit a Line Cook immediately. This is a seasonal full time position, offering a competitive compensation that will be negotiated based on skills, experience and performance. Employee and customer safety is the company’s top priority so safe distancing and sanitizing procedures are in place. The Line Cook position, depending on experience may start at $14.25 and up per hour.
Additional Requirements:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Communicate effectively with Chef
- Physically fit to perform duties of a line cook
- Positive attitude, able to accept feedback and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Working Conditions:
- Hot kitchen
- Summer time will include a patio setting
- LCBO registered
