Part-Time Line Cook
Job Description

Job Duties
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and food items
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- Operate kitchen tools such as grills, fryers and ranges in a safe manner
- Assist with inventory control and ordering food
Job Requirements
- Experience in kitchen setting is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of the standards and regulations for food preparation; Food Safety Certification required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work neatly, efficiently, and safely
- Ability to follow instructions without variations
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
