Must create 100% Guest satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service that exceed Guest expectations while working in a fast paced environment. The candidate is responsible for general grounds keeping, repair and maintenance of building facilities and machinery, daily janitorial duties, mobile septic service, weekly inventory and must ensure high quality of cleaning and sanitizing. Days of work: Varies to needs Hours of work: 30-40 Shifts will vary according to business needs.
Job Requirements
Must be Guest Service focused and create a positive campground image in every interaction with internal and external customers positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential. Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to work independently Must possess strong organization time management skills and attention to detail Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to get the required results Must be comfortable with use of technology and cash handling and be able to develop/update skills and knowledge to reflect technology or work requirements Be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests. Interact with team- members in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication Other assets: First Aid or CPR, Smart serve, food handling, bilingual
Must be able to work holidays and holiday weekends from May to October and work a flexible schedule between 7am-12am all week, Uniform is required to be purchased and worn Must participate in employer sponsored workshops and training programs
