Marketing Coordinators ( MC) – is a program where candidates call Advertisers/business and let them know about the Marketing Expert, sales program. Marketing Coordinators advise of the benefits and what topics they can discuss and try to book appointments with the Advertiser to meet with a Marketing Experts.
The role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
· Learning more about our advertisers and how their business works
· Provide advice and training to advertisers in response to identified difficulties
· Support and expand social media self-serve advertising customer base
· Demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and post-sales support for all self-service products.
· Receive and log internal and/or external customer problem/request/issue and ensure proper documentation
· Perform customer request/problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve correctly
· Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer and customer-specific business environment
· May perform follow-up on incidents with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
· Training will be provided
Basic Qualifications
· 1 year of experience in Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services
· High School Diploma
· Experience using social media
· Call center experience a plus
· Be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
· Quiet setting with little to no background noise to perform calls
· Reliable high-speed and unlimited Internet
· Must be capable of performing independent remote work
Schedule: Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm (EST) Monday – Friday (including US/CAD holidays). Shifts are based on metrics that are entered into a shift bid.
Duration: July 9th, 2021 to July 8th, 2022 (with the possibility of extension)
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Location: St. Catharines, ON; Remote, working from home temporarily
