Night Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all charges have been correctly posted
  • Reconcile food and beverage charges
  • Post room charges and taxes
  • Clear micros and print reports
  • Perform close day functions
  • File maintenance and audit cut off
  • Check guests in and out of hotel
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Provide accurate information to potential guests
  • Sell and market our products and services
  • Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need as a Night Auditor: 
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a Guest Service position
Education: Hospitality/Tourism Degree or Diploma is preferred
Other Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in branded hotel preferred
  • Outstanding attention to detail
