Salary: $16.75/hour
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an outgoing and motivated individual for an administrative role. We are looking for an easy-going candidate who will thrive in a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment, while also being able to provide excellent customer service.
The individual has the benefit to gain experience in the administrative role in addition to an amazing opportunity to enhance their administrative skills.
Key Duties/Responsibilities Include:
- Outbound/inbound calls depending on candidate
- Data entry for warranty/rebate information
- A/P and A/R
- Processing invoices/packing slips for PO’s
- Reconcile account statements
- Follow up with vendors for invoices
- Administrative duties and clerical reception tasks
Qualified? You have:
- Reliable transportation
- Bookkeeping knowledge for A/P and A/R
- Strong computer skills
- Computer software experience (Microsoft Suite, AS 400 System)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Discretion and ability to organize tasks as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- 3-4 hours per day (3 days a week) OR 4-5 hours daily
- Very flexible on days and hours
