Part-Time Office Assistant
Job Description
Busy plumbing office looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. Primarily data entry as well as booking service calls and dispatching the appropriate technician to the calls. Additionally cleaning office space required. Looking for someone that has good customer service and multitasking skills. Experience is not required but would be very beneficial. Position available immediately.
Working alongside the Office Manager and assisting in managing the day to day operations of the business and the technicians. 1 week day shift required for Tuesday ( can be negotiable) and two Saturday shifts a month also required.
Job Types: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 – 18 hours a week *Office vacation coverage will bump hours.
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
