Job Description

Established local family-owned company (Assistive Technology & Workplace Ergonomics) looking for a individual to join our small team to assist in day-to-day office/accounting/shipping operations.

Available immediately.  Part-time hours: 20-25 per week (8:00 – 12:00 or 11:30 – 3:30) –  For the right individual this could lead to a full-time position that includes inside sales/eCommerce.

 

Job description

  • Shipping/packaging experience – UPS WorldShip experience an asset
  • Order fulfillment
  • Accounting program (Sage 50 / QuickBooks)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • eCommerce experience
  • Office procedure experience
  • Customer service/retail experience

 

Qualifications:

  • English (French a bonus)
  • GED, College
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Able to work as a team as well as on their own
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Efficient with their time
  • Good communicator
  • Willing to help where needed
  • Microsoft office 365 efficiency
  • Police clearance certificate required after approved – 100% reimbursement
