Full-Time Office Manager (1 Position)
Job Description
Ironwood Cabinetry is urgently looking for Office Manager.
The job is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.
Experience with QuickBooks is required: 1 year.
Knowledge of health and safety in a construction field is an asset.
Job requirements:
• Invoicing customers
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Submitting and reconciling expense reports
• Processing payments
• Inputting expenses/bills into QuickBooks
• Filing WSIB
• Filing receipts, organizing, and updating file system as needed
• Ensuring health and safety policy and procedures are up to date
• Answering phone calls, and reporting new enquiries to the right team member
• Other various duties as required
Requirements:
• Experience with QuickBooks (required)
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
