Full-Time Onsite Technicians (7 Positions)
Job Description
Citizens of Heaven Ministries is currently recruiting 7 Onsite Technicians, for their God-Fearing Jesus focused technological wing. Those who show a strong faith in The Lord Jesus; and have an interest in the field of technology are the ideal candidates for this position. Onsite Technicians will receive a commission of 50% on all successful Hourly rated Onsite Technological resolves assigned, onsite Hourly rates are $50 per hour, (unless otherwise stipulated).
Position Objective:
Onsite technicians will be designated to carry out all computer diagnostic troubleshooting and resolve, primarily for home and some business based computer systems. Onsite Technicians will respond to house calls to perform technological resolve as listed below, (but are not limited to the below tasks only):
- Speeding up and troubleshooting defected computer systems
- Setting up and repairing some minor hardware issues with computer system (i.e. defective printers, communication issues with computer and Smart TV display etc.)
- Performing some minor network resolve
- Completing all programming and hardware communication resolve with Computer systems
- Performing data backup and restore
- Daily research on both biblical and practical applied tasks will be implemented for business excellence and ministry employ.
- Recording proper notations on all issues
- Onsite technicians will always end all home visits with an option to bless all customers and Clientele with a JESUS based God fearing closure to all system resolve visits
Qualifications:
- Unashamed and loyal faith in Jesus, (as we are a God-fearing Ministry)
- 24/7 availability for work
- 3- years of Windows based computer knowledge (college certification is an asset)
- Ability to attend leadership and team meetings for biblical instructions and spiritual wisdom, with field discussions on appointed areas of employ (Prep meetings will not exceed one hour per week)
- Friendly customer service
- Teachable spirit
- Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with an active cell phone and data plan and working vehicle
- King James Bible and working laptop for team meetings and employment tracking
- All mandatory tech tools for administrations of onsite troubleshooting.
Because we are a growing technological department for our Jesus focused Ministry, we do offer educational certifications toward our onsite technicians which will be included in our employment benefits free of charge.
