Responsibilities

• Performing quality control checks on product to ensure they meet specifications
• Packaging materials into boxes according to specific instructions
• Loading and unloading paper into machines and can lift items up to 50 lbs
• Fast-paced machines, visual inspection of the finished product
• Possible advancement to machine operation if mechanically inclined

Skills for Success

• You have reliable transportation to Smithville
• You own steel-toed boots or shoes
• You are mechanically inclined
• Able to rotate on Days, Nights and Afternoon schedule

Shifts

• Bi-weekly rotating shifts (Days, Nights, Afternoons – 8hrs)

Wages

• $16.00 – $16.50/hour
