Full-Time Parts Administrator
Job Description
Fulltime position in Niagara Falls for someone with good automotive part experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains record of inventory levels, preventative maintenance schedules and maintenance preformed on all units.
- Prepares purchase orders for management approval.
- Assures the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner.
- Receives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to operating procedures.
- Maintains feet maintenance system, RTA.
- Produces various report’s for review of productivity and usage.
- Supports Maintenance Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports.
- Supports Maintenance Supervisor with daily work load.
- Preforms other job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with automotive parts.
- Ability to interface effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to interface effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well as a team member.
- Ability to work efficiently and maximize productivity.
- Skills in Microsoft Office.
