Physiotherapy Assistant/ Kinesiologist

Fast paced, busy clinic looking for a physiotherapist assistant/ kinesiologist to start as soon as possible.
Job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Assist the supervising physiotherapist in performing various components of the treatment plans
- Perform various treatments as prescribed and directed by the supervising Physiotherapist including but not limited to range of motion, strengthening, application of modalities. (i.e. heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS)
The candidate should posses the following:
- Capable and interested in working with a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Professional and polished demeanor with patients and staff
- Maintain regular ongoing communication with the physiotherapist regarding any changes or concerns about a resident’s status or treatment interventions
Qualifications:
- PTA diploma or degree in Kinesiology
- Standard First Aid & CPR Certification
